Annual contracts for legal advice for companies and institutions and for the services .
First:
the legal services provided by the office to companies and institutions The advisor shall provide the services stated in the contract, including legal services and advices, under his supervision, and he shall provide the best possible legal services in both Arabic and English
as follows:
(1) The shall record regular visits on a daily basis to the client’s offices to provide advice and opinion on any issues the client wishes to present to him and to think and consult about the client’s business and the legal difficulties that he may face.
(2) Providing all legal advices related to the client’s business, whether written or verbal consultations, through meetings, by phone, or any means by which the advice is provided in a manner that achieves the desired goals and preserves the interests of the client.
(3) Attending meetings that require the presence of the consultant or his representative in order to express opinion and advice, evaluate matters and write notes of opinion about these meetings in a manner that preserves the interests of the client.
(4) Studying investments and new projects with respect of the legal point of view, expressing the legal opinion about them, and attending meetings that require attendance in order to discuss the relevant parties.
(5) Studying and preparing employment contracts for employees of the client, providing advice on the labor relationship, claims of employees and their legal entitlements, and following up on labor lawsuits before the competent labor authorities.
(6) Drafting, writing, studying and revising all types of the client contracts that he concludes with third parties, along with writing notes of opinion about these contracts to evaluate them and determine their compliance with the provisions of law and order in a manner that protects and safeguards the rights of the client.
(7) Study the obstacles related to the client's work while providing the necessary advice in this regard that clarifies the legal opinion thereon, as well as responding to correspondence of a legal nature that is directed to the client from others who deal with them in any way.
(8) Follow-up with all government departments, committees and judicial bodies in the event that the client is summoned in an official way, in order to inquire about the content of this summons and express a legal opinion on it.
(9) Registration of companies, study of articles of incorporation, issuance of licenses and commercial registers.
(10) Preparing and studying commercial agency agreements, distribution and franchising agreements.
(11) Registration of trademarks and working on protecting them in accordance with the followed regulations.
(12) Preparing work regulations, internal regulations and procedures related to the client.
(13) The office provides its multiple services as it represents clients in relation to resolving and settling their legal disputes with third parties, whether the client is a plaintiff or a defendant, in all types of civil, criminal, commercial and sports lawsuits, as it includes pleading before all types of courts, including specialized committees such as The Committee for Settlement of Banking, Customs, Labor, and other disputes. The office has great experience in the field of arbitration, mediation and reconciliation cases. The office includes international and local arbitrators.
(14) Debt collection, where the office has a special department for dealing with the debts of clients with third parties and collecting them through amicable settlement or through judicial procedures.
(15) Foreign investment, as the office has extensive experience in establishing foreign investment companies in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Second: Fee
The office charges its fees for the services we provide in different ways according to the desire and choice of the client, including the following: :
(A) Working on the hourly wage basis by setting a price for the working hour, which is usually (1000) Saudi riyals, provided that invoices are presented for worked monthly hours and a statement of work submitted to the client for payment on a monthly basis.
(B) Annual fees to be paid to the office in installments covering all legal consultations, preparing contracts and agreements, attending meetings with the client and participating in discussing contracts. The annual fees estimation depends on the volume, quality and nature of the client’s business.
(C) Determining case-by-case fees by agreeing on the amount of fees in each case separately based on the type of the legal service.
