Intellectual property protection
The office provides a comprehensive service with respect of protecting intellectual property rights at the local and international levels. This service includes the following:
A - Trademark registration: The office will complete all trademark registration, and registration procedures before the Ministry of Trade to obtain the statutory protection for the registered trademark.
B - Protecting the trademark from counterfeiting and forgery, and filing lawsuits against counterfeiters before the Ministry of Commerce and the Board of Grievances to punish them and compensate the damaged merchant who owns the trademark.
